Challenge
Employee Appreciation Day is celebrated on the first Friday in March every year, but most people don’t know it exists, and even those who do don’t seem to celebrate.
Solution
We encouraged employees to #ExpressThanks by writing a thank-you note, leaving it on a colleague’s desk, and sharing it on Instagram for a chance to win prizes. On Employee Appreciation Day, we took it further with pop-ups in major transit hubs across four U.S. cities, inspiring commuters to celebrate their coworkers.
